At The Flirty Flower, we want to make sure that you receive your bouquet as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer free local delivery for orders over $50, or you can choose to pick up your bouquet in-store. If you need your flowers delivered outside of our local area, we offer nationwide shipping for a flat rate of $10. We take great care in packaging your flowers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Flirty Flower, we take pride in the quality of our flowers and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your bouquet. We will be happy to exchange your flowers or offer a full refund. Please note that some flowers may have a shorter lifespan than others, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for flowers that have wilted due to improper care. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
